Your information at Slow Pour

We collect your name, phone number, drink choices, pickup date and location, and order status to prepare and manage your order. Payments happen in Venmo; this site does not collect card or bank credentials.

Your Pour Pass

If you join, we link your name, phone number, and eligible purchases to your Pour Pass to track stamps and free drinks. Only your first name appears on your card. Keep your private receipt and card links safe: anyone with a link may view that receipt or use that card.

Storage and access

Order and member records are stored in the site's hosted database. The owner dashboard requires owner authentication and a separate password. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the site. Your browser saves your bag, private receipt and Pour Pass access links, and sound preferences on your device.

We count visits using a browser session identifier. A hashed network identifier helps limit repeated order submissions. Owner notification subscriptions are used only for operational alerts.

Messages and retention

This site currently does not send customer email, text, or marketing notifications. Keep your receipt open to see order updates. Records are retained for order history, business accounting and active Pour Pass tracking; they are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule.

Questions or requests

Contact Slow Pour through @slowpourcoffee_ or speak with us at pickup to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or recover a lost Pour Pass. Please do not send payment credentials or your private card link in a public comment. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting.
